This project crafted a marketing and social media strategy for Telar A.C., based on Discovery, Objective Deepening, Interaction, and Loyalty. Templates balanced a friendly tone with the association's formality. Guidelines ensured consistent responses on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, with a measurement system for post impact. The design of their Annual Report was also made with an infographic style which would help Telar show their results on an easy way.
